RECOMB '05

I am a physics PhD student at Columbia University working with my advisor Chris Wiggins on various biologically motivated problems such as inferring network growth mechanisms, predicting genetic regulatory response using modern machine learning techniques, and understanding network modularity using information theory.

After three years of undergraduate studies at Technische Universität Berlin, Germany, I came to Columbia in 2001. I'm going to graduate in October 2005.
